Ok, it’s true. I’m obsessed.
PACHA SOURDOUGH BUNS have everything in life I’m looking for right now (well, almost everything ;)).
They are organic, created by a couple with a big mission, they are grain-free, and I can literally style them any way I want to.
So here’s my latest creation that I cannot get enough of.
It takes me back to the bagel & cream cheese days, only this version is SO MUCH BETTER – both in taste & for my health & radiance.
Ingredients
- 1 Pacha sourdough bun – You can also use coupon code KRISTIANSTRANG to receive 20% off your first order
- Organic non-dairy garlic or garlic and herb “cream cheese” – like Miyoko’s or Treeline
- Organic vegan pesto
- Organic tomato – any variety, your choice, sliced
- Coarse sea salt
Step 1: Toast your Pacha bun
Step 2: Slather on the non-dairy cream cheese.
Step 3: Top with vegan pesto. (Step 3 & 4 are interchangeable – honor what feels best to you!)
Step 4: Lay some tomato slices over top. Sprinkle tomato with a bit of sea salt.
