My husband started making these omelette’s for me a few years ago and they quickly became my absolute favorite. Now, whenever my body wants eggs – this is exactly the dish I turn to.
Eating metaphysically means we honor the innate spirituality that exists in every thing, including our food, beverages and skincare.
We then address our food from a vibrational frequency, and we allow our intuitive guidance to direct us to the foods that hold the frequencies that are a vibrational match to wherever we’re vibrating at.
Over the course of my 14 years in working with humans 1:1 and in groups while studying human behavior, energy medicine, nutrition, herbal formulations and organic superfoods, I’ve discovered that there isn’t just one right way to eat for every human.
The body is dynamic and is consistently shifting and changing. That’s why I don’t care much for the Western obsession with testing for every little thing. One day the test may be positive, but on another day it will be negative.
Why? Your body is never in a static state, it’s turning over cells, it’s regenerating, it’s replenishing, it’s detoxing (menstruation, sweating, and going to the bathroom are all detox responses) – it’s not ever the same body – even from day to day.
And so, in some seasons your body is going to crave raw, cold, light fruits and foods. And in other seasons your body is going to want cooked, hearty veggies. In some times in your life your body will want eggs and in others, it will not.
This is why I Love intuitive eating – when we honor the body’s dynamic flow, we don’t put one diet (like vegan or paleo, as examples) of eating on everyone.
What we know for sure is that the body thrives with organic, non-poisoned fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds – all things from the Earth. So we make sure we give the body plenty of that.
And then on some days the body wants that food cooked, other days it wants it raw, etc. We honor what the body desires and use our free will to choose the foods that contain the highest vibrational frequency.
So when my body wants mac-n-cheese, I give myself this recipe.
When my body wants chocolate, I give her this.
And when my body wants eggs, I give her this recipe below.
Honoring your body in this Way moves you out of rigidity and into deep Self-Love and honoring. And who couldn’t use more of THAT?!

Ingredients:
- 8 farm fresh eggs – you want the highest vibrational eggs you can have, so this is optimal when it’s from your own chickens, free-ranged and fed organic, not to mention blessed.
- 1 jar of organic green olives
- 1/2 organic red onion
- 1 organic pepper
- 1/4 c organic almond milk
- 1 log of organic chevre goat cheese (ideally this would be from a local farm where you know how the goats are treated)
- Organic coconut oil
- Organic green onion for garnish.
Step one: Saute veggies in organic coconut oil.
Step two: Coat a cast iron pan in organic coconut oil. Mix 8 eggs and organic almond milk until smooth.
Step three: Pour egg and milk mixture into oiled pan on low heat, cover and let cook until almost fully cooked through.
Step four: Once eggs are almost completely cooked through, add in sauted veggies and chevre.
Step five: Fold over the omelette, securing all the ingredients inside. Let cook for another 3 minutes, covered on low.
Step six: Remove pan from the heat, garnish with green onion and bless!
Step seven: Set your case iron skillet on a hot pad, give a fork to your beloved and dive in and enjoy.
