I’ve been replacing organic date sugar as my sweetener of choice and I’m really loving it. It’s simple, clean and easy to add to any dessert recipe.

💚Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup organic butter melted, vegan like Miyoko’s or your preferred organic butter
- My personal Grain-Free Flour Blend: 3/4c organic almond flour, 1/4c organic coconut flour, 1/4c tapioca or arrowroot flour
- 1/2t baking soda
- 1t sea salt
- 1/2c organic date sugar
- 2 high-vibe eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4t vanilla extract
- 1 cup Hu chocolate chips
➡️Step 1: Preheat oven to 350
➡️Step 2: Mix all dry ingredients in 1 large bowl. Create a well in the center.
➡️Step 3: Pour in melted butter, beaten eggs and vanilla and stir well.
➡️Step 4: Once everything is mixed, add in chocolate chips.
➡️Step 5: Scoop into small round balls and place on parchment paper on a baking sheet.
➡️Step 6: Press with a fork to flatten if you’d like, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven when golden brown. Let cool, then bless & enjoy!
