Organic GF Sourdough Toast to Love

Sourdough Toast

It was roughly 10 years before I had bread after I would swell and bloat and feel like ish when eating gluten-filled sourdough.

Even then the GF bread was not that amazing, it was hard and crumbly, but I was so grateful to have some kind of bread that I didn’t complain too much.

Once I realized that it’s not actually the gluten I was allergic to, but rather the glyphosate, i.e., the primary poison sprayed on all non-organic food (thanks to big pharma-food!) that’s the real toxin – I had to up my food game.
(Speical shout-out to my intensive nutrition/superfoods training through Purium – get $50 off your order here or better yet become a brand partner and be part of co-creating the next Golden Age when it comes to our food supply.)

And that’s when Bread SRSLY came into my life.

First, can we just give a standing ovation for the kick-ass brand name? I mean, SRSLY. So good.

With Bread SRSLY, not only do I get organic GF bread, but I get ORGANIC SOURDOUGH GF BREAD. (Yes, I’m yelling because I’m SO damn excited about this.)

So, load up your freezers (cuz preppers gonna prep ;)) with this delish organic sourdough bread and enjoy the cinnamon raisin goodness and the plain sourdough (my 2 faves) with your fave vegan butter or nut butter and jam (nice snack treat!).

What you need:

  • 2 handcut slices of Bread SRSLY
  • vegan butter (I love Miyoko’s)
  • OR organic almond butter and sugar-free jam (I love St. Dalfour, raspberry)

To prepare:

  • Toast your 2 slices of Bread SRSLY and put them on the 3rd to last highest setting on your toaster to get them just the right amount of crunchy toasted-ness on the outside and buoyant softness on the inside.
  • Slather with your fave butter and/or nut butter and jam.
  • Bless them and enjoy!
