A New Kind of Bread: Organic, Grain-Free Toast

PachaBananaToast

A girlfriend of mine sent me a link to an organic product she thought I would really like.

I’m always skeptical about these kinds of things because I have pretty high standards. 🙂

But when I dove into investigating Pacha, A New Kind of Bread I was elated to find:

  • All organic
  • All gluten-free
  • All grain-free
  • Simple ingredients
  • Grown in regenerative soil
  • Compostable packaging

This is like the sister to my favorite food company, Purium which is also all grown in regenerative soil and has compostable packaging.

I’ve been having so much fun eating Pacha in a whole variety of ways:

  • Toast with Miyoko’s cashew or oat milk butter
  • Organic avocado toast with kosher sea salt on top
    OR
  • 1T organic sunflower butter, like SunButter, no sugar
  • A drizzle of organic, raw, local honey (honey from your local area supports your biome in health, especially for allergies and respiratory system)
  • 1/2 organic banana sliced

Right now, my favorite Pacha product is the sourdough buns, they’re like English muffins and I eat them with all of the above! They’ve also got an incredible variety pack box which I’m trying next with their cheesy herb and garlic rye breads too.

Check out Pacha and let me know about the fun creations you’re making with it!
