Arugula and Pear Pizza

What happens if you don’t use red pizza sauce?

This. This is what happens.

And you’re going to Love it.

Try it out and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • Simple Mills pizza crust: includes, 2T of organic apple cider vinegar, 2T olive oil and 1/3c alkaline water.
  • For Olive Oil pizza sauce: 1 c organic olive oil, 1/4 t red pepper flakes, 1 T garlic salt, 1/2 t oregano, 1/2 c Daiya pepperjack cheese
  • For pizza topping:
    Daiya pepperjack cheese
    A jar of organic artichoke hearts
    1 bunch of arugula
    1/2 sliced organic pear

 

Step one: Bake pizza crust for 15 minutes at 350.

Step two: Top pizza crust with olive oil sauce.

Step three: Top with cheese, artichoke hearts, arugula. Then top with another handful of Daiya pepperjack cheese.

Step four: Place the pear slices in a fun design! 🙂

Step five: Bake for 22 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
