Kale Chips that make you go YUMMMM

KaleChips

This recipe has been sitting with me for a few months now. Why have I delayed in sharing it with you?

I have literally been so busy making and eating these kale chips that I keep forgetting to take the photo, write it down and make it happen for you here.

But finally – here it is! And they are perhaps even my most beautiful kale chips.

This kale is straight from our garden and delivered the most yumm-ilicious kale chips We’ve ever had.

You honestly will never want to have store-bought kale chips again.

Just grow your own kale (many climates can do so year-round and it grows very well indoors as well) and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Step one: Remove stems from kale, I simply do this by tearing it with my hands after washing.

Step two: Place kale in a large bowl and coat the kale with oil.

Step three: Sprinkle kale with garlic salt – at whatever level you’re called (I’m a salt girl, so I go liberal on this :)).

Step four: Liberally sprinkle nutritional yeast seasoning over kale.

Step five: Mix your kale and seasonings with your hands so that each piece of kale is coated with salt and yeast.

Step six:  Lay out the kale with seasonings on each rack in your dehydrator (I Love the Cosori dehydrator). Set the temp for 135 and dehydrate for 12 hours. If you don’t have a dehydrator you can bake for one hour at 2oo degrees.

Step seven: Lay your hands over these kale chips and bless them with Love and peace! Then enjoy. I regularly rock through them in one sitting. So…you’ve been warned. 😉
