Superfood Chia Seed Pudding

I’m currently obsessed with this recipe.
I’m sure you’ve noticed a theme, the recipes I post are allways the ones I’ve been eating on repeat in my own life. 😍
This recipe is so easy to make – I have it to break fast, for dessert, and anytime the mood strikes.
Loaded with 20 organic superfoods AND glyphosate cleansing in an exclusive pre-probiotic formula  – not to mention fiber & protein, this is one of those recipes that will easily turn into a daily go-to for you.

💚Ingredients:

  • 1 container of Forager unsweetened plain yogurt or your favorite plain organic yogurt
  • 1 cup of organic Greek yogurt – Forager has a new Greek yogurt that’s okay, so use whatever organic yogurt your body loves most
  • 1/2 c organic chia seeds
  • 3T – 5T of Epigenius Family (loaded with protein/fruits/veggies and glyphosate removing gut cleanser – you can adjust/increase/decrease based on your preferences – I love it at 4T)
  • 2T raw organic cacao powder
  • 1t organic vanilla extract

➡️Step 1: Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl until well blended.  Pro tip: I’ve been mixing mine in a larger container with a lid and then pop it into the fridge to enjoy all week. 🙂

➡️Step 2: Place the bowl, covered, in the fridge overnight.

➡️Step 3: Bless, top with your favorite organic fruits (mango, raspberries, sliced banana – all delish) and enjoy!
