Sober Saturdays Are Here

ULTsitepic
April marks my 8-year anniversary SOBER!!

On April 25 (4/25 = 11), 2015 I had my last glass of alcohol (a lukewarm glass of champagne if you must know). Something inside of me said as I drank this final glass, “ENOUGH, enough. You’ve had enough for one life.”

And believe me, I had. 😉

While this decision resulted in my losing a lot of “friends,” clients and my community at that time, I gained ME.

Addictions of any kind take us out of who we really are and sabotage us from living our highest path. They are a form of escape, escape from a self that isn’t anything to be afraid of or run from.

It turns out that being sober, being fully conscious in every moment is not only the trippiest trip ever, it’s a WAY more satisfying and fulfilling Way to live.

I’ve experienced so many blessings since letting go of alcohol from my life. My creativity has skyrocketed, I’ve finally experienced healthy relationships in all areas of my life, and I’ve just felt BETTER and more ME in my body than I ever did while drinking.

And I Love sharing with others about how they can do the same.

When we quit drinking, we’re breaking generational family curses, healing our bodies, slowing down / reversing a negative aging process, and clearing our bodies so we can be the Divine Human self we came to be.

So, while alcohol is a socially-accepted poison, it’s also just another trap in the Earth matrix.

Alcohol traps you out from the real YOU and the real Life that you’re here to live.
I talk all about this and so much more with the guys from Sober Saturday’s.

I was thrilled to be their guest (after I figured out how the heck to do an IG LIVE – clearly, NOT my forte as you’ll see in the video) on their April 2, 2023 episode of Sober Saturday’s.
Watch/listen in here.

And if you’d like to give living alcohol-free a try, check out the 90-day Health Reset, and use my code MetaphysicalMenu to receive $100-off.  When you do, I’ll also be your point person to ask any questions to and receive support from.

Here’s to Sober Saturday’s, Sunday’s, Monday’s, Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s, Thursday’s & Friday’s! XO
