Organic Non-Alcoholic Drinks to Light Up Your Holydays

nonalcoholic smaller

I’m celebrating 7.5 years sober this Holydays season.

Shifting away from wine and champagne as my thang (oh boy, did I ever do it up) and into organic superfoods, kombuchas and sparkling fruit juices has been an incredible upleveling to my life in the best Way.

My physical health has not only thrived, but my mental and emotional health and my relationships have truly benefitted from being alcohol-free.

If you find yourself looking forward to that celebratory glass of wine or two or three (and then it becomes four and five), consider letting alcohol go from your life and watch the benefits pour in.

Being alcohol-free is also an anti-aging / pro-living gift to give yourself – you’ll look and feel more radiant than ever without that liver-depleting poison in your body.

Cuz let’s be 111, alcohol is poison, and it’s slowly killing you before it’s truly your time to go – in a very unkind and cruel manner (see any alcoholic as a reference).

We’re here on Earth for such a short time really, why not make it the most radiant, beautiful and fully conscious/sober experience possible?

Because what I’ve found is that being sober is the trippiest trip you’ll ever experience. And it’s so much more Joyful and Love-filled too! For realz. 😉

Below and pictured are my current fave ORGANIC non-alcoholic drinks for this Holydays season:

  • Lion Heart Pomegranate Rose (I’m into all things Rose, per my connection with Mary Magdalene and my new book coming out!), preferably in a chilled glass.
  • Radiant Rose by Santa Cruz in a champagne flute. (Bonus, NO sugar either.)
  • Apothe-Cherry, 2T diluted in alkaline water in a wine glass, swirled to perfection. (Absolutely NO sugar, all organic goodness.)

And if you want to GLOW during the Holydays, then drink Apothe-Cherry all day long. It naturally beautifies your skin, reduces inflammation and tastes better than wine ever did (I’m not playin).

Here’s to celebrating organic and FREE in 2022 and beyond! XOXO
