I’m not gonna lie…I’m kind of a cookie monster.¬†Ever since I was a little girl, my favorite dessert has been cookies.

But when you’re eating grain/sugar/soy/corn/most dairy-free – good luck finding any delicious cookies (okay maybe a few from Simple Mills, but that’s it!).

And so, I present to you another delicious, healthy, and conscious cookie recipe! I might even call it one of the best cookie recipes you’ve ever found. ūüėČ

What you need: 

Step one: Preheat oven 350.
Step two: Mix almond butter, hemp milk, cinnamon, sea salt all together.
Step three: Then add, oats, flour, starch, sweetener and mix until well blended. Then add in cherries and pistachios.
Step four: Roll into balls and place on coconut oiled baking sheet. Using a fork, press down on each cookie ball to slightly flatten.
Step five: Bake for 15-18 minutes. Makes 12 cookies – great recipe to double up to enjoy.
