I’m hands-down a huge Lover of chips.
But sadly, there aren’t too many options when you’re conscious eating.
Thankfully, my friends at Siete know what they’re doing and that conscious eating matters! Their grain-free chips are absolutely delicious and totally grain-free.
Their sea salt grain-free tortilla chips are my go-to and are perfectly paired with this guacamole. It makes for a healthy, delightful snack.
Please note: the flavored versions of Siete feature citric acid, so if you’re not into preservatives, stick with the sea salt flavor, which is my fave!
And here’s the guac recipe:
- 2 ripe organic avocados, mashed (if you live somewhere like Hawaii and have an avo tree, like I did way back in the day, you’ll be making this all the time and find all kinds of amazing uses for it – quesadillas, nachos, enchiladas, eating it solo and so much more!)
- 1/4 cup chopped organic red onion
- 1 organic lime, squeezed for it’s juice
- 1/2 c organic cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 c organic cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt
In a medium sized bowl, mash up your two avocadoes. Next, stir in all of the items above and mix thoroughly.
To up the high-vibrations, feel free to bless this snack/appetizer. And then, enjoy with your Siete grain-free sea salt tortilla chips! Xo
