May I present to you: Vegan Cacao Pudding.

Utilizing Simple ingredients, this recipe is an easy win any time you want to WOW someone you love (like yourself) with a yummy dessert.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 large organic avocados, ripe
- 2 T organic raw cacao powder
- 2 T Purium MVP Family Chocolate (Truly the BEST organic vegan chocolate on the market!)
- 4 T organic coconut milk
- 4 T organic maple syrup
- 1t organic vanilla extract
Step one: Place all ingredients in a small food processor or blender. (Pro tip: If you use a large blender, you “lose” a lot of the pudding in the process, a small Ninja food processor makes it easier to retrieve all of the pudding.)
Step two: Blend on high for 2-5 minutes.
Step three: Pour into a bowl and enjoy! Refrigerate for 20-minutes to an hour if you prefer your pudding cold.
Step four: Bless and enjoy! Keeps 1-2 days max, so make this when you’re ready to eat it fresh.
