Plant-Based Nutrition Guide

OrganicFruit

I’m gonna give it to you straight, like I allways do.

The best way to eat is Organic. This is not tough to figure out because no matter what side of the “best way to eat” conversation you’re on, I think we can all agree that the poison/pesticides/herbicides that live on 75% of non-organic food is not good for anyone. So, now that we cleared that up…

I’m really gonna startle you and say:

Paleo/meat-all-the-time/survivalist diet is not the way. (That’s a big duh for most of you, yes?)

But, also I’m going to say:

Vegan is not necessarily the way all the time.
And vegetarian with occasional eggs, goat cheese and a little fish here and there, is almost exactly The Way but still not the way for every body at every time.

Hear me out – your body will need different things at different times and at different stages in your life.

In my 20’s and early 30’s – I ate animal flesh every day, multiple times a day.
I also was constipated a ton and had a lot of digestive and anxiety issues. But, other than that, 😉 I was as healthy as could be.

As I matured and started learning about the food system and how it affects my body, things started shifting for me.

One of those first shifts several years ago was when Cows made me cry.

I grew up in a dairy community, so I was surrounded by cows all the time growing up. I thought at that time they were gross, dirty, huge, smelly animals. I never gave them a second thought.

I, like most humans, bought the program from the 3D that animals don’t have feelings and aren’t anything like humans. But, as I started to grow emotionally and spiritually, things started changing for me.

I remember – as I referenced above – that on a road trip driving through the fields of Northern California (or was it Southern Oregon?), we passed a huge field of cows and I burst out crying.

What have we been doing to these animals? My Soul screamed. How could we murder them? How could we enslave them like that? How could we not honor them the way they deserve to be honored?

In India, cows are considered a Sacred Animal.

Some families have them as deities in their home, and honor them, lavishing them with flower necklaces and caring for them like a dear family member. Hinduism, Jainism, and Buddhism, as well as in African paganism and ancient Egypt, Greece, Israel and Rome all viewed the cow as an aspect of The Divine to be revered and honored.

Side note: Is it just me or is it kinda weird then that in much of the Western world, these animals are treated horribly, murdered, slaughtered and fried up for humans to eat. Think it’s a coincidence…or something strange is happening there??

Anyway, after the cow crying incident, I couldn’t justify eating them anymore.

Same thing happened to me with chicken. After caring for a flock of chickens over several years, I couldn’t imagine eating them. Their cute little chicken butts alone made me sad at the thought of them being butchered and eaten. They were always so happy to see me and became sweet members of my family.

I know, I know – many would say I “need” the red meat and the protein from chickens. I know people say how much we need this animal flesh. But can you imagine skewering a human and eating their flesh? Disgusting, right? Well, it’s kinda sorta the same thing.

The other way this whole eating-other-mammals-flesh went sideways is how they are “harvested.” If that cow or that chicken was murdered in the way that most animals are – they were in a state of fear and terror when they were killed. And that fear and terror lives in their flesh – the very flesh that you’re eating (and that I used to eat).

I’ve prayed profusely about this. And nowadays, through the ever-deepening of my spiritual practice, I will only eat animal flesh if I’m Divinely guided to do so as medicine for my body. I do my very best to make sure it’s an animal that was not murdered in a fear state (see local ranchers/farmers/fishermen and ask about their practices). I do a blessing ritual and prayer for the animal to honor it.

And I’ll add to this, that I’ve been shown spiritually that one of the reasons goats were created was to provide milk/butter/cheese to humans. This does not take from their babies like cow milk does and it’s much easier for humans to digest.

I’ve also been shown spiritually that chickens unfertilized eggs were created to be a source of complete protein for humans (so kinda sorta weird that “modern” medicine adds eggs to all the v%%x, right? Another gross distortion of a wise creation.).

So, why am I telling you all of this?
because people be CRAZY about their extreme diets, and I have been able to see and live both sides.
And because you aren’t just physical – you’re metaphysical – You’re spirit incarnate & there’s a way to honor this.

Through my own intensive path, I’ve found a way to honor my body and its needs, honor the animals and honor the Earth – and I invite you to do the same for you.

This article is not specifically about spiritual Ascension per se, but I’ll add in here, if you’re interested in unifying with your Higher Self while living on Earth, less murdering of animals and eating said animals is going to be a priority. Unless you’re spiritually guided to eat animal flesh as medicine (see the next section), it’s not necessarily going to be a good idea.

Here’s where it can get complicated though. Your body does need a variety of nutrients at any given time and if you want to be mostly veggie, you want to be sure you’re giving your body what it needs or you can deal with a number of health complications.

As an example, human bodies don’t make Vitamin C, but they need it to thrive.

Animal’s bodies DO make vitamin C and this is one of the many stated reasons for humans eating animals as a priority.

Well, Goddess thought of everything because you can also eat 1 medium organic orange and get your Vitamin C “requirements” for the day.

(Btws, I don’t necessarily believe in the recommended daily dose of vitamin and minerals because every body is different, but they may be a good guideline to take into consideration as a broad-stroke ballpark for your health.)

I’ve been experimenting a lot with this as I navigate my metaphysical life journey and what I’ve found is the following for a solid base of nutrition.

And if you, like me, ate a lot of animal flesh in the past and have been told how important it is for your health, the following is most definitely for you.

The below daily nutritional outline gives you grounded, balanced health for a veggie lifestyle. This means the nutrition below addresses your essential, foundational nutritional needs so that you don’t have to eat animal flesh, unless again, you’re Divinely guided to do so. Then, from here you can adjust based on your body’s specific dietary needs for the time in your life that you’re in:

  • Organic diet. I know I’m repeating myself here, but it’s important. Buy Organic and eat organic so that you can limit the amount of toxins getting into your body. We’ve got enough to deal with, with environmental toxins alone. Anyone hear about Europe banning iPhone 12 cuz it’s legit irradiating humans – they “just now” discovered? Smh. If you have a food you LOVE and it’s not organic, reach out to the brand and ask them to make their products organic and not packaged in plastic.
  • Zinc-Ade – get your Zinc, D, E, K in amounts that won’t overwhelm your body (d, e, k vitamins are fat soluble so they stay stored in fat tissues, so you don’t have to overdo them). Take 2-3 Zinc-Ade a day.  If you’re in a deficient state for any of these nutrients, consult with your health practitioner to increase dosage. BTW, this is the world’s only organic whole foods (no fillers/binders/nonsense) zinc.
  • PowerShake – receive all your B12 for the day and the nutrition of 6 organic, regeneratively grown salads (in 1 smoothie!).
  • Add to your PowerShake 1TB of Spirulina (this is a heavily polluted superfood, so make sure you get Purium’s – it’s multi-times tested and is organic and regeneratively grown) for iron.
  • Include 3 capsules of C From Nature into your PowerShake for iron absorption and all the other yummy health benefits you get from Vitamin C.
  • Add in a handful of organic frozen berries and 2T of MVP Family Chocolate (if you love chocolate that is) for an incredibly delicious smoothie with added vegan protein (for those that strength train or care about muscle growth and support or those 40+). You’ll also get 60% of your daily “recommended” Vitamin D with MVP Family.
  • Have 5-20 drops of Ionic Elements to receive vital minerals like magnesium, along with the gut cleansing benefits of fulvic humic acid.
  • 10-20 Super Aminos daily for protein/essential amino acids, muscle / connective tissue support, mental acuity and more. I love taking 15 a day, experiment with what works best for your body. If you work out more intensely, you’ll want to take up to 30 a day. You can chew them, crush them and put them into a smoothie or swallow them whole – your choice.

Nourishing yourself with the above sets a solid foundation for a getting all of your essential nutrients for a healthy and thriving body.

Now, from here you can add whatever you need specific to the phase of life you’re in and what your body desires. For example if you’re in your 40’s and above, hormone balance is important and we have specific organic superfoods you can add in to maintain naturally (not synthetically) balanced hormones.
