GF Veggie Ravioli

Let’s say you need to make a romantic dinner for two, but you’re feeling crunched on time or lack the interest to create an elaborate meal.

This GF Veggie Ravioli dinner will do the trick. It will SEEM as though you’ve spent HOURS crafting this delicious meal, when in truth, it only took you about 10 minutes, if that. 😉

It’s also RAVIOLI that’s GF and dairy-free, which is a good enough reason as any to bring this dish in for a special occasion. It’s also super YUM, and a wonderful treat meal.

Pair this with an organic salad & organic dressing of your choice, along with one of our many Metaphysical Menu non-alcoholic drink recommends as well as one of our many desserts, and you’ll be all set.

Pro tip: This is one of those ravioli meals that you’ll want to eat with a fork and knife. (You’re welcome.)

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Capello’s Butternut Squash Ravioli (serves 2)
  • 1 jar of organic pasta sauce, your choice (I went with a Simple Truth Organics Tomato Basil – as seen here)
  • Sheep or goat cheese from a local/organic maker shredded for garnish

 

Step 1: Bring a medium saucepan of water to a rolling boil.

Step 2: Place ravioli in boiling water for 7 minutes. At the same time as you do this, also pour the sauce into a saucepan on medium heat and cover. Let heat for 5 minutes on medium heat, then stir and turn down to low heat.

Step 3: Drain ravioli and serve immediately.

Step 4: Top ravioli with sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 5: Bless and serve solo or alongside salad and a sparkling n/a beverage!
