Sometimes you want a snack.
An easy, quick and sweet snack with zero glucose blood sugar spike (and the imminent crash).
And for those days, I have this super easy snack attack recipe:
- Organic dates, sliced in half or left whole. I Love Joolie’s organic dates.
- 1 dollop of organic, sugar-free peanut butter on said date.
- 1-3 organic sugar-free chocolate chips, like these on top of the peanut butter.
Bless these sweet snack attacks and then devour them. 🙂
You can take this a step further and arrange it sweetly on a pretty plate (see photo) and serve it to your beloved or anyone you Love. What a sweet expression of Love that’s actually healthy and nourishing.
