Kitchari is an ancient Ayurvedic cleansing dish and it’s Divine.
My spiritual team had me eating this for months on end and it was pure nourishment to my Soul (yes, the Soul cares about what you put into the body!).
I make this dish in the crockpot for the greatest ease and make a few revisions to keep it vegan too.
This is a perfect dish to enjoy throughout the season changes to assist your body’s natural detoxification process and when you’re engaged in any sort of focused cleanse like the gentle and highly effective 30 and 90-day Ultimate Lifestyle Transformations through Purium.
