What’s for lunch? Tuna Salad!

Whatever you do, do not give me a bag of Siete grain-free chips and this tuna salad.

I’m liable to eat it all before you even get a bite (sorry honey).

For whatever reason, this is one of my favorite, easy and super nutritious recipes to devour.

I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Wild Selection, line-caught, solid white albacore tuna in water
  • Primal kitchen avocado mayo
  • 3 T of organic red onion, diced
  • 2 pickles, diced
  • 1/4 c of organic cilantro, diced
  • Sea salt and organic pepper to taste.

Step one: Mix all ingredients together.

Step two: Eat it all! With Siete chips, on top of a Simple Mills Artisan bread, toasted, or however else you’re inspired to.
