Whatever you do, do not give me a bag of Siete grain-free chips and this tuna salad.
I’m liable to eat it all before you even get a bite (sorry honey).
For whatever reason, this is one of my favorite, easy and super nutritious recipes to devour.
I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of Wild Selection, line-caught, solid white albacore tuna in water
- Primal kitchen avocado mayo
- 3 T of organic red onion, diced
- 2 pickles, diced
- 1/4 c of organic cilantro, diced
- Sea salt and organic pepper to taste.
Step one: Mix all ingredients together.
Step two: Eat it all! With Siete chips, on top of a Simple Mills Artisan bread, toasted, or however else you’re inspired to.
