Grain-Free Peach Cobbler Recipe Ingredients:
- 6 organic peaches, sliced, with skin on
- 3/4 cup of organic coconut sugar
- 1 t organic sea salt
- 6 T of coconut butter or organic butter or ghee
- 1 c of Paleo baking flour blend
- 1 c of Wholesome Zero
- 2 t of baking powder
- 3/4 c of unsweetened vanilla hemp milk
- 1 T organic cinnamon
Step one: In a medium-sized saucepan, on medium heat, mix the peaches, coconut sugar and salt. Cover for 3-5 minutes or until the sugar begins to dissolve. Mix together well and then remove from the heat and set it aside.
Step two: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once preheated, place the 6 T of butter in a 9×13 glass baking dish and place it in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until the butter is melted. Remove from the oven.
Step three: In a medium-sized bowl, mix the flour blend, Wholesome Zero, baking powder, and hemp milk together until well combined. Then, pour this mixture into the 9×13 glass baking pan.
Step four: Pour the peach mixture on top of the flour mixture in the glass pan. Top with sprinkled cinnamon.
Step 5: Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until the top is browned like what’s shown in the photo and the mixture is bubbling.
