Creating healthy recipes is one of my favorite things to do.
I love to tune into something I’m craving or my husband is craving, and then find a way to create it in the highest vibrational AND most easeful manner possible.
I’m not into recipes that take hours to make – I love ease and simplicity!
And while, I’m not a chef, I am an intuitive woman who is called to eat as healthy and clean/clear as I’m able to. Now, I want to note – while we are not all in total control of our food supply, we can do everything in our power to eat as healthful and joyful as possible. And that’s why I was guided to create The Metaphysical Menu for you.
This dinner (or leftover brunch/lunch or anything in between) has quickly turned into a favorite. My desire is that you will Love it too! Xo
- 1 package Ancient Harvest POW! Green Lentil Spaghetti
- 1 jar of Rao’s homemade pasta sauce (whatever flavor is lighting you up – I love the Roasted Garlic and Tomato Basil, the hot Arrabbiata sauce is fiery hot, just fyi 🙂 – this is one of the only pasta sauces I’ve been able to find that is delicious and citric acid-free.
- 1 can of organic black beans
- 1/4 c of organic cherry tomatoes, sliced in quarters
- 1/4 c of sliced organic red onion
- 1/4 c of diced pepper – or any other veggie you love
- 2 T organic avocado or sunflower or coconut oil – I love avocado oil for my sautéed veggies.
- Himalyan sea salt to taste
- Nutritional yeast to taste
- Local salad greens from a nearby farm or farmers market
- Tessemae’s Avocado Ranch dressing (seriously obsessed with this dressing, I put it on everything, that’s how good it is!).
Begin by sautéing the tomatoes, onion and veggie in organic oil. Once soft, add in pasta sauce and black beans. Stir until combined well. Cover and place on low heat. Bring 4 quarts of pure water (if you haven’t tested your water, make sure it’s alkaline with these PH strips) to a boil. Add spaghetti to cook. The package says they will cook in 9 minutes, I found it was more like 12 minutes – so be sure to check them before draining to ensure they are your desired taste/softness preference. Once pasta is cooked, drain and place back in pan, no heat. Stir pasta sauce and then pour into pan with spaghetti. Mix well. Pour preferred amounts into bowls and top with salt & a healthy dose of nutritional yeast (you’ll thank me later).
Simple side salad – greens topped with dressing. Feel free to add organic sliced avocado and toasted organic sesame seeds if you’re called.
Be sure to bless this beautiful meal and then dig in and enjoy! Xo
