This is a yummy and fun way to break fast – and right now I’m all about it. It can also be a nice mid-day snack or dessert (see sweet addition below).
Here’s what you need:
- Organic banana, sliced
- Organic raspberries
- Organic blueberries
- Organic strawberries, sliced
- Organic walnuts crumbled
- Organic almond milk
Place all of the above in a bowl and enjoy!
And if you want to make it more of a sweet treat or dessert, you can add a few tablespoons of CheeChee’s Kitchen Granola (“P” is for Protein is a good one for this).
